Morning — Awaken Softly:We begin with the rising sun. Sacred silence, followed by meditation, breathwork (Pranayama), and a fluid Yoga flow to awaken the body’s innate intelligence. Ends with a vibrant, nourishing breakfast.
Midday — Wisdom & Vitality:Dive into the "Garden of Life" workshops covering Ayurvedic healing or enjoy a restorative lunch. This is a time for intellectual and physical nourishment.
Afternoon — The Art of Non-Doing:A spacious window for personal healing. Indulge in an Ayurvedic massage, find stillness by the pool, or wander through the tea-scented hills. This is where the magic of integration happens.
Evening — Deep Calm & Inner Balance:As the jungle choir begins, we transition into Yin or Restorative Yoga. We close the day with sharing circles or sound baths, ensuring a transition into profound, restorative sleep.
